Job Summary We are looking for skilled and passionate Nail Technicians to join our teams at Bedashing Beauty Lounge and Tips & Toes. The ideal candidates should have strong technical skills in professional nail care, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform professional manicure and pedicure services, including classic, French, and gel polish applications. Provide nail shaping, filing, buffing, cuticle care, and nail treatments. Apply and remove gel polish safely while maintaining natural nail health. Perform basic nail extensions, overlays, and nail enhancements based on technical expertise. Create simple nail art and designs according to client preferences. Assess nail conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and aftercare. Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization of tools and equipment. Ensure excellent customer service and a comfortable salon experience. Recommend suitable nail care products and additional services to clients. Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the workstation. Follow company service protocols, grooming standards, and operational guidelines. Support individual and branch sales targets through quality service delivery and client retention. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience as a Nail Technician in a beauty salon. Strong technical knowledge of manicure, pedicure, gel polish application, and nail care. Experience in nail extensions, acrylic, hard gel, BIAB, or advanced nail art is an advantage. Good understanding of nail hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for the beauty industry. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment. Previous experience in a premium salon in the UAE or GCC is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and the ability to manage daily salon operations while delivering an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth service delivery. Supervise, guide, and motivate the salon team to maintain high performance standards. Monitor branch sales, individual targets, and overall operational KPIs. Ensure excellent customer service and handle client feedback and concerns professionally. Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily operational requirements. Support upselling, client retention, and revenue growth initiatives. Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and salon presentation. Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure compliance with company policies and service standards. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in salon operations, preferably in a supervisory or team leadership role.
