Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and passionate Nail Technicians to join our teams at Bedashing Beauty Lounge and Tips & Toes. The ideal candidates should have strong technical skills in professional nail care, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure services, including classic, French, and gel polish applications.
• Provide nail shaping, filing, buffing, cuticle care, and nail treatments.
• Apply and remove gel polish safely while maintaining natural nail health.
• Perform basic nail extensions, overlays, and nail enhancements based on technical expertise.
• Create simple nail art and designs according to client preferences.
• Assess nail conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and aftercare.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization of tools and equipment.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a comfortable salon experience.
• Recommend suitable nail care products and additional services to clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the workstation.
• Follow company service protocols, grooming standards, and operational guidelines.
• Support individual and branch sales targets through quality service delivery and client retention.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience as a Nail Technician in a beauty salon.
• Strong technical knowledge of manicure, pedicure, gel polish application, and nail care.
• Experience in nail extensions, acrylic, hard gel, BIAB, or advanced nail art is an advantage.
• Good understanding of nail hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for the beauty industry.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Previous experience in a premium salon in the UAE or GCC is preferred.
