📍 Location: Al Maqta, Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Branch Supervisor to join our team at Bedashing Beauty Lounge – Al Maqta.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and the ability to manage daily salon operations while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate the salon team to maintain high performance standards.
• Monitor branch sales, individual targets, and overall operational KPIs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle client feedback and concerns professionally.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily operational requirements.
• Support upselling, client retention, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and salon presentation.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in salon operations, preferably in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Previous experience in the beauty, wellness, or premium salon industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of sales targets, KPIs, and customer service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
