SALON RECEPTIONIST

Marimo Beauty | Nad Al Hamar, Dubai

Marimo Beauty is a new women’s salon opening in Nad Al Hamar. We’re focused on beautiful nails and hair and a calm, welcoming space for the women in our neighbourhood.

We’re looking for a warm, organised Receptionist to be the first face our clients see and to keep the salon running smoothly.

What you’ll do

• Welcome clients and make every visit feel personal
• Manage bookings (including, through relevant online platforms) and the daily schedule
• Answer calls and reply to messages on WhatsApp and Instagram
• Take payments and close the till at the end of each day
• Recommend our services, packages and offers
• Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming

What we’re looking for

• 2+ year of experience as a receptionist, ideally in a salon or spa
• Comfortable using booking systems and taking payments
• Friendly, polished and calm when the salon is busy
• Organised, reliable and a true team player
• English required
