SALON MANAGER

Marimo Beauty | Nad Al Hamar, Dubai

Marimo Beauty is a new women’s salon opening in Nad Al Hamar. We’re focused on great nails, beautiful blow-dries and a calm, welcoming space for the women in our neighbourhood.

We’re looking for a Salon Manager to join us from the start. You’ll help shape the team, the standards and the way our clients feel every time they walk in.

What you’ll do

• Run the salon day to day, from opening to close
• Lead, manage KPIs, coach and schedule a small team of stylists, nail technicians and other salon staff
• Manage bookings, keep the team busy and bring clients back
• Track daily sales, targets and stock
• Look after our clients personally and handle any concerns with care

What we’re looking for

• At least 2 years’ experience as a salon manager in Dubai
• Knowledge of hair, nail and beauty services
• A warm, calm leader who sets high standards
• Organised and comfortable with numbers, targets and booking systems
• English required; Arabic is a plus
