Receptionist / Front Desk Executive – Ladies Salon

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, organized and professional Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to join our team at Glam Room Ladies Salon. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming and seamless salon experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage appointments, bookings, rescheduling and cancellations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and social media.
• Coordinate daily appointments with salon staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage home-service bookings and coordinate client details, locations, services and staff schedules.
• Handle client check-in and check-out, payments and receipts.
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment details.
• Provide clients with information about salon services, prices, packages, promotions and products.
• Follow up with clients when required and support client retention.
• Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized and presentable reception area.
• Support daily salon operations and communicate effectively with the salon team.
• Assist with basic daily sales and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service that reflects the Glam Room experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Salon Receptionist is preferred.
• Experience in a UAE ladies salon, beauty salon or spa is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Comfortable communicating with clients through WhatsApp and phone.
• Organized and able to manage multiple bookings and requests simultaneously.
• Basic computer and POS/payment-system skills.
• Professional, friendly, well-groomed and presentable.
• Able to handle clients calmly and professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and good time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
