Housekeeping Attendant

Job Description

Qualifications : Customer service experience, housekeeping experience in hotel or retail

Key Role : Maintain the cleanliness and ambience of the spa at all time

Job Responsibility:

• Maintain towel level for the day
• Roll towels and store them neatly
• Pick up dirty towels and place them in laundry bag
• Log towels sent for wash & towels that arrive from laundry
• Inform Spa manager of towel damaged or towel shortage
• Clean all glass surface and make sure they are free of any spot
• Clean/Dust all wooden surfaces
• Keep client kitchen neat and tidy at all time
• Clean dishes from clients kitchen
• Keep spa floor clean and free from obstruction
• Keep brand/promotion stand clean and in correct place
• Help therapists for cotton cutting
• Maintain brush and mops in good conditions
• Inform Spa Manager/Assistant Spa Supervisor of any maintenance issue noticed
• Help at the end of day cleaning routine
• Clean the window display and keep the products displayed dust free
• Wash the Pebbles used for decoration & water fountain clean

Essential Skills required:

• Good communication skills for co-ordinating with people.
• Creative capability with active problem-solving approach.
• Strong inter-personal skills and communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individual and constituencies in a diverse situation.
• Work requires willingness to work under a flexible schedule.
• Team Player, willing to accept challenges and able to meet them
