Job Purpose:
Provide professional hair services while delivering excellent customer service and achieving salon quality and sales standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform haircuts, blow-dries, styling, coloring, highlights, balayage, and treatments according to skill level.
• Consult with clients and recommend suitable services and products.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and workstation organization.
• Follow salon SOPs and control product usage and wastage.
• Achieve individual sales, productivity, and rebooking targets.
• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Work professionally with the salon team and support overall branch performance.

Requirements

• Relevant hairdressing qualification and salon experience.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
