We’re searching for a warm, polished and exceptionally organised Front of House Receptionist to become the welcoming face of Salon 971.

This is more than a reception role. You’ll play a key part in delivering the luxury client experience we’re known for.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous luxury salon, spa, hospitality or reception experience
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • A warm, confident and professional personality
  • Strong appointment booking and diary management skills
  • Experience handling WhatsApp, telephone and client enquiries
  • Confidence recommending services, products and future appointments
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • A genuine passion for customer service

You’ll be responsible for creating a seamless client journey, from the first enquiry to the final goodbye.
