Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Facial & Skincare Therapist to join our team at The Glam Room Ladies Salon.

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about skincare, confident in performing professional facial treatments, and passionate about creating a relaxing and personalised experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial and skincare treatments
• Assess clients' skin and recommend suitable treatments
• Perform cleansing, exfoliation, steaming, extraction and facial massage
• Apply masks, serums and other professional skincare products
• Advise clients on appropriate aftercare and skincare routines
• Maintain excellent hygiene and sanitation standards
• Prepare and maintain a clean and relaxing treatment room
• Recommend suitable treatments and products based on client needs
• Deliver warm, attentive and professional customer service

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Facial or Beauty Therapist
• Strong knowledge of different skin types and concerns
• Knowledge of professional facial techniques and skincare products
• Excellent hygiene and treatment-room standards
• Friendly, professional and well-presented
• Good communication and consultation skills
• Ability to create a comfortable and welcoming client experience
• UAE salon or spa experience is an advantage
