Facial & Skincare Therapist – Ladies Salon

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Facial & Skincare Therapist to join our team at Glam Room Ladies Salon.

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional facial and skincare treatments.
• Assess clients’ skin type and concerns before treatment.
• Perform cleansing, exfoliation, steaming, extraction and facial massage.
• Apply appropriate masks, serums and skincare products according to the client’s needs.
• Provide clients with appropriate aftercare and skincare recommendations.
• Maintain excellent hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Ensure the treatment room is clean, organized and prepared before and after every appointment.
• Recommend suitable treatments and retail skincare products where appropriate.
• Provide professional consultations and ensure clients receive a comfortable, high-quality experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Facial Therapist, Skincare Therapist or Beauty Therapist.
• Good knowledge of different skin types and common skincare concerns.
• Strong knowledge of facial techniques and skincare products.
• Excellent consultation and customer-service skills.
• Professional, friendly and well-groomed.
• Previous experience in a UAE salon or spa is an advantage.
