We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Assistant Hair Stylists and Junior Hair Stylists to join our growing teams at Bedashing Beauty Lounge and Tips & Toes across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Assistant Hair Stylist

• Assist senior hairstylists with daily salon services and client preparation.
• Perform professional hair washing, shampooing, conditioning, and basic hair treatments.
• Support hairstylists during colouring, styling, and other technical services.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of salon tools and equipment.
• Ensure clients receive a comfortable and professional salon experience.

Junior Hair Stylist

• Perform professional blow-drying, hair styling, and finishing services.
• Provide hair treatments based on client needs and hair conditions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of different hair types, styling techniques, and hair care products.
• Assist senior hairstylists with advanced technical services when required.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining salon quality standards.

Requirements:

• Previous salon experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of hair washing, treatments, blow-drying, and basic hairstyling techniques.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
