Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Grooming Specialist to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in professional grooming services, with strong attention to detail, hygiene standards, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional grooming services, including waxing, threading, facial hair removal, and eyebrow shaping.
• Provide full-body and facial waxing services using appropriate techniques and products.
• Deliver eyebrow and upper-lip threading services with precision.
• Assess clients' skin sensitivity and recommend suitable grooming treatments.
• Ensure a comfortable, hygienic, and professional experience for every client.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools, equipment, and treatment areas.
• Follow company service protocols, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.
• Recommend suitable aftercare products and additional grooming services.
• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat bookings.
• Support branch sales targets through service recommendations and retail product sales.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Grooming Specialist in a professional beauty salon.
• Strong technical expertise in waxing, threading, eyebrow shaping, and facial grooming.
• Experience in full-body waxing, including sensitive areas.
• Good understanding of skin types, hygiene practices, and grooming products.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Previous experience in a premium beauty salon in the UAE or GCC is an advantage.
