Job Summary

Omorfia Group is looking for talented, passionate, and customer-focused Hair Stylists to join our leading beauty brands, Bedashing Beauty Lounge and Tips & Toes.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in hair services, a creative approach to styling, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair services, including cutting, styling, blow-drying, coloring, highlighting, and hair treatments.
• Conduct client consultations to understand individual preferences, hair conditions, and desired results.
• Recommend suitable hairstyles, colors, treatments, and aftercare products based on client needs.
• Perform hair coloring techniques, including balayage, ombré, highlights, root touch-ups, and color correction.
• Deliver professional hair treatments, including keratin, protein, and other specialized services based on expertise.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits through personalized service.
• Achieve individual sales and service targets through quality service delivery, product recommendations, and upselling.
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and beauty industry developments.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Work collaboratively with salon teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience as a Hair Stylist in a reputed salon.
• Strong technical skills in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
• Experience working with professional haircare brands and products.
• Excellent consultation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage appointments efficiently and work in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Strong understanding of salon hygiene and safety standards.
• A positive attitude, professional appearance, and passion for the beauty industry.
• Previous experience in UAE or GCC salons is an advantage.
