WE’RE HIRING AT THE NEST SALON

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Hair Stylist / Artistic Director to join our growing team at The Nest Salon in Dubai.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about their craft, takes pride in creating beautiful work and wants to continue growing, learning and developing within a professional salon environment.

You must:

• Be a fully qualified hair stylist

• Have a minimum of 5 years professional salon experience

• Be highly confident in cutting, colouring, highlights and balayage

• Be confident working with different hair types and textures

• Have excellent consultation skills and the ability to understand and manage client expectations

• Deliver exceptional customer service and a high-end client experience

• Be professional, reliable and a strong team player

• Have a strong eye for detail and consistently high standards

• Be motivated to continue learning, developing your skills and growing your clientele

• Be comfortable creating and sharing your work on social media and understand the importance of building a strong professional presence online

Experience as a Colour Specialist, Extension Specialist would be a strong advantage.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves what they do and wants to build their career within a warm, supportive and ambitious salon team.
